QUINARIO OF THE STMA AND VERA CROSS OF CARAVACA

In the middle of September we will have the solemn Quinario in honor of the Caravaca Cross, which organizes the confraternity of the same to commemorate the second important festival of the Cross of Caravaca throughout the liturgical year. In the morning and afternoon, a total of 10 Masses will give an account of all the intentions of this Quinarios, where it is a tradition that is requested by the deceased brothers and that will conclude with the processional tradition of the Caravaca Cross under the canopy and the starry sky , and escorted by its "armies" around the walls of the castle Sanctuary of Caravaca that houses in its interior the Basilica that welcomes the Cross of Caravaca, patron saint of the city.
